Who builds it
I'm Dylan Bierman. You work with me, not a team or an account manager.
I'm a husband and a father, and a Christian who loves my local church. I'm passionate about CrossFit and staying active, and I bring that same consistency to my work: show up, do the reps, finish what I start.
I run Stay Nashville, a licensed short-term rental company with 26 listings, so I know what it is to need a website that brings in business. Call or email me directly.

No plugin to go stale and no surprise "not secure" warnings. Both live sites send a content security policy and HSTS from a committed headers file.

Visitors don't wait on photos, and slow sites lose customers. Images are cached for a year and the stylesheet is refreshed on every release.

Photography is compressed before it ships. Stay Nashville's property images lost about 90MB with no visible loss on a retina screen.

Stay Nashville has 26 property pages and four search pages, each findable on its own, all in a sitemap that is generated, not hand-kept.
Forms
Leads land in your inbox
There's no dashboard to check and no lead gets lost. Forms use the host's own handling with a honeypot, and the visitor never leaves the page.
Access
Usable by everyone
That includes customers with disabilities, and it lowers your legal risk. Skip links, visible focus rings, and contrast measured on the rendered page.
Your customers never see any of this. It is why the site keeps working after launch.
