Websites · Nashville, Tennessee

Websites for local businesses.

Written from nothing, in real HTML and CSS, for one business at a time. You can scroll three finished ones on the home page before you ever speak to me.

What you actually get

A site built for what your business sells, not a template with your logo dropped into it. That distinction sounds like marketing until you look at what it means in practice: Phoenix Surplus needed one photograph of a nameplate to reach an inbox, and Stay Nashville needed a guest to book without going through Airbnb. Those are different websites, and no theme knows the difference.

Everything is written by hand. That means there is no page builder to renew, no plugin stack to keep patched, and nothing that breaks when a vendor pushes an update you did not ask for.

What is in every build

  • Structured data, so search engines are told what your business is rather than guessing
  • A real sitemap and a page for each thing your customers actually search for
  • Security headers committed to the repository: content security policy, HSTS, frame-deny, nosniff
  • Photography compressed properly, then cached for a year so returning visitors never re-download it
  • Enquiries that arrive as email, with no dashboard you have to remember to check
  • Keyboard and screen-reader access, with contrast measured on the rendered page rather than assumed

What it costs

  • One page $1,500
  • Multi-page site $3,500
  • Full site with SEO $7,000+

The top tier is a starting price because that work is scoped per business. A site with 26 property pages and four search-intent collections is not the same job as a five-page services site.

How it goes

  1. I find out what you actually sell

Not what your industry sells. This is the conversation that decides everything else.

  2. I build the whole thing

Design and build together, on a system chosen for your business.

  3. I make it findable

Structured data, sitemap, and a page per real search intent.

  4. I hand you the keys

Your domain, your repository, your hosting account. If you stop working with me, the site is still yours and it still runs.
